Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• The use of images and illustrations are within the sphere of fair use and copyright.

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation:

   • All manuscripts should be written in English and submitted in electronic format.
   • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman) and 12-point font size.
   • Maintain double spacing throughout the manuscript, including the abstract, text, references, and appendices.
   • Number all pages consecutively.

2. Title and Abstract:

   • Include a concise and informative title that accurately reflects the content of the manuscript.
   • Provide an abstract of 150-250 words summarizing the main objectives, methods, and findings of the study.
   • Include 3-5 keywords relevant to the study.

3. Introduction:

   • Clearly state the research problem or purpose of the study.
   • Provide a brief literature review to establish the context and significance of the research.
   • Clearly articulate the research questions or hypotheses.

4. Methodology:

   • Describe the research design, participants, and data collection procedures in detail.
   • Explain the sampling technique and sample size justification.
   • Clearly define variables and measurement instruments used.
   • Include ethical considerations and any necessary approvals obtained.

5. Results and Analysis:

   • Present the findings in a logical and organized manner.
   • Use appropriate tables, graphs, or figures to support the results.
   • Provide sufficient details of statistical analysis methods employed.
   • Interpret the findings and relate them to the research questions or hypotheses.

6. Discussion:

   • Interpret the results and discuss their implications in relation to existing literature.
   • Analyze the strengths and limitations of the study.
   • Propose recommendations for further research or practical applications.

7. Conclusion:

   • Summarize the main findings of the study.
   • Emphasize the significance and implications of the research.
   • Avoid introducing new information or arguments in the conclusion.

8. References:

   • Follow a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA) for in-text citations and the reference list.
   • Cite all sources accurately and provide complete bibliographic information.
   • Include only relevant and recent references.

9. Manuscript Submission:

   • Submit the manuscript electronically through the journal's online submission system.
   • Include a cover letter stating the title of the manuscript, authors' names, affiliations, and contact information.
   • Confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

10. Review Process:

    • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
    • Authors will receive feedback and suggestions from reviewers.
    • Revise the manuscript based on the reviewers' comments and suggestions.
